This Website is the home of the Norley frame kit.
Handcrafted frames, designed to accept both the solid and rubber mounted Harley Sportster engines.
Plus the non xb Buell engines.
Each frame is hand crafted using T45 specification tubing from British mills. Gas Bronze welded in precision made jigs.
Each completed frame is checked in an in house Motoliner jig to ensure it is straight and true.
There are a number of completed Norleys already out there. and quite a number in the process of being built. Both here in the UK and Europe, plus the States. Some of which can be seen by visiting our GALLERY

The Norton feather bed frame in wideline and slimline, is known the world over. And has housed various engines over the years, British Japanese and American.
However genuine frames are now 50 plus years old.
We have been making the Norton Manx frame for 40 years. So based on this well proven design, An idea was hatched, as so many ideas are hatched, In a pub, on a beer mat.

A new jig was was made up and using much of the geometry of the manx frame, the Norley frame was born.
A complete frame with swingarm,bearings,eng mounts, weighs in at just 15.5 kgs. (34.1 lb)
The Harley/Buell engines lend themselves well to this frame,
